Each one needs to know their part for the whole to accomplish its goals effectively.  There are countless assessments out there that I am either certified in or partner with someone who is to help an individual see themselves in a new way, or see their team  as a whole to assess strengths and gaps. I also facilitate teams through group processes like  Transformational Leadership.
